New product development (NPD) is both an opportunity and a great challenge for all enterprises, especially those in traditional industries. Enterprises must coordinate well with knowledge from internal external, such as marketing, sales, research development. This study was conducted the aim of clarifying impact management capability on new bamboo painting enterprises Vietnam. In addition, this also explores moderating role green transformational leadership (GTL) styles relationship. Based data obtained 203 NPD teams at Vietnam, quantitative analysis some results.
